App

( iPhone & iPad for now, Android is beyond us!)

Some days we feel indestructible; nothing can stop us having an extraordinary day regardless of what gets thrown our way. On other days we feel that our whole world has ended just because there’s no milk for our coffee.

We are the same person in both situations, but our Shine is dramatically different.

This app helps you notice how you feel at any point in the day allowing you to keep a track of your Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual energy levels. Then when you need a boost, hit the Up Your Elvis button for a random State Breaker to put a smile on your face or for a little challenge to lift your mood and engage your brain.

  • It’s not the instrument that makes the music, it’s the player. So much emphasis in the world of innovation and creativity is placed on process, tools and techniques. Chris fully understands it’s the people who make the magic not the structure.
